Who we are

CapturAI ("CapturAI", "we", "us") operates this website and the CapturAI product. We control how personal information collected through this site is processed. For any privacy question, write to hello@capturai.io.

What we collect

• Contact submissions. When you fill in the contact form or join a waitlist, we collect the name, email, company, phone (optional), inquiry type, and message you provide.
• Cookie-consent records. A pseudonymous ID (not your name), your choice, the date, the policy version you saw, and the country your request came from. We do not store your IP address.
• Analytics & product usage. Only with your consent. See the Cookie Policy for the specific tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel).
• Server logs. Standard request metadata (timestamp, URL, user-agent, truncated IP) kept short-term for security and abuse prevention.

Why we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the product.
• To demonstrate that cookie consent was collected (a legal obligation under GDPR/ePrivacy).
• To understand which pages and features are useful — only with your consent.
• To protect the site from abuse and to comply with applicable law.

How long we keep it

• Contact submissions: up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
• Cookie-consent records: up to 24 months for audit purposes.
• Analytics data: per each provider's defaults (see Cookie Policy).
• Server logs: rotated and purged within 90 days unless required for an active investigation.

Who we share it with

We use trusted sub-processors to run the service — including cloud hosting (Vercel), database hosting (MongoDB Atlas), object storage (Cloudflare R2), and the analytics providers listed in the Cookie Policy. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@capturai.io. You can also withdraw cookie consent via the Cookie preferences control in the site footer.

International transfers

We may process information in countries outside your own, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves or law changes. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page, and the "Last updated" date above will move.
