By accessing this website or the CapturAI product (collectively, the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

CapturAI provides an AI visibility intelligence platform that helps brands monitor and improve how they appear in AI-generated answers across major AI engines. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time and are described on the website.

Accounts

Some parts of the Service require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for activity that takes place under your account, and for providing accurate information when you sign up.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Probe, scan, or otherwise attempt to circumvent the security of the Service or any related infrastructure.
• Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Service without prior written permission.
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or harassing content, or to misrepresent your affiliation with us.
• Reverse-engineer the Service except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits.

Intellectual property

CapturAI and its licensors own the Service, including its software, branding, and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service in line with these Terms. You keep ownership of any content you submit to the Service; you grant us the rights necessary to host, display, and process that content to operate the Service.

Third-party content & AI outputs

The Service references and analyses outputs from third-party AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Google AI Overviews). Those outputs can be inaccurate, biased, or change without notice. We don't guarantee that any particular result will appear, persist, or be correct, and you are responsible for verifying anything you act on.

Fees

Paid plans, prices, and billing cycles are described on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CapturAI's aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing the Service is no longer commercially reasonable.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page and the "Last updated" date will move. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
